MBA +

The MBA + program at Portland State University is a leader in providing applied leadership training reflecting the distinct values of the Northwest business community. It has been ranked 1st in the Northwest and 25th in the world for its leadership in providing innovative, sustainability-inspired business education, according to 2009-2010 edition of Beyond Grey Pinstripes magazine. The MBA+ program offers Full-time MBA+ degree, Part-time MBA+ degree and Online MBA+ degree.  

 

MIM

The Master of International Management (MIM) program at Portland State University was created in direct response to developments in the global economy with a focus on Asia's Pacific Rim Economy.  Our MIM program pairs a rigorous business management curriculum with a unique Asian language and culture curriculum. No other graduate business program in the United States offers this exclusive focus on the dynamic markets of Asia’s Pacific Rim. No other graduate business program can give you such effective and targeted training for success in any Asia-related business venture.  The MIM program offers Full-time MIM degree and Part-time MIM degree. 

 

MSFA

The Master of Science in Financial Analysis (MSFA) degree is an accelerated program with a dual focus on finance and accounting. This degree fulfills the fifth-year education requirement for all Certified Public Accountants.  Due to its integrated finance component, the MSFA degree gives students a broad overview of the world of professional finance and quickly prepares students for a wide range of advanced careers in finance and accounting, including public accounting, investment management and corporate financial management.

 

Healthcare MBA

The OHSU-PSU Joint MBA in Healthcare Management (Healthcare MBA) program combines the strength of OHSU's expertise in the healthcare industry with PSU's School of Business Administration leadership and integrates the mission of both institutions - where healing, teaching and discovery come together to change lives, build community and serve the economic vitality of the region.  The focus of the Healthcare MBA program is to train managers who can not only operate healthcare organizations in a professional manner but who can also provide leadership and direction as the healthcare system adapts to meet future developments.

A new MBA + specialization in “Managing Sustainable Enterprises” will be available in fall 2007. Courses will include Managing Sustainable Enterprises, Product Design and Stewardship, Metrics for Sustainable Business, and Cross-Sector Partnerships for Sustainable Business.


The Master of International Management (MIM) Program has offered a “Global Business and Sustainability” specialization since fall of 2003.
