GRADUATION
There are several university and departmental steps required when preparing for graduation. Make sure you review the Requirements Checklist for the MBA + Program to determine if you have completed 72 MBA + credits required for graduation. To view the timeline for your diploma, click here.
Step 1
Apply for graduation by filling out and submitting the Application for Awarding of Master’s Degree
- This form is due the first Friday of the term in which you plan to graduate.
- Follow this link for full Instructions for Completing the Application
- You will be billed a $20 fee when the Office of Graduate Studies receives your application. This will be automatically billed to your PSU student account.
Step 2
Sign your GO-12 Approved Graduate and Advancement to Candidacy form and return it to Pam Mitchell in the Graduate Business Programs office.- This form details all the classes you took during your graduate program at PSU.
- If you have not received your detailed form, please contact Pam Mitchell at pamm@sba.pdx.edu.
- Your completed form is due the first Friday of the term in which you plan to graduate.
Step 3 Exit interview.
The SBA strives to constantly improve and because your opinions and experiences are invaluable to us in this effort, we look forward to meeting with you for a short text interview.
In addition to improving our programs, we will gain important information from you that will promote the SBA graduate programs.
You will get and email or a phone call from the School of Business Administration's Dean's Office asking you to make an appointment with the Dean or the Associate Dean.
