MIM BUSINESS CURRICULUM
The foundation of the Master of International Management (MIM) program is a solid international business curriculum. Our coursework ranges from traditional offerings such as Global Marketing and International Finance to unique courses such as Intercultural Competence and Communications and International Business Negotiations. In addition, to further enhance professional marketability, students choose classes in one of five international business specializations.
Our coursework teaches you core international business principles, and focuses on professional skills such as teamwork, presentation skills, business writing and negotiations. Our faculty is selected for practical business experience as well as knowledge of international business affairs. In addition to our many accomplished professors, current faculty members include company founders and executives, practicing consultants and international entrepreneurs. This team is dedicated to providing you with both a foundation of business theory and practical knowledge you can use in the workplace.
Receiving real-life business experience is important. One of the graduation requirements of the MIM program is the completion of an International Business Research Project. Students use their MIM skills and knowledge to help regional companies and organizations address their international business challenges.
